InTandem Legal Services provides a path for parties with a family dispute to come together, with or without their legal representatives, to resolve their dispute in a timely and cost effective manner. This can occur before any litigation is commenced or can occur at any time during the litigation process.

This provides a better way to resolve family law disputes without the undue delay, cost and stress experienced by parties in the Family Law Courts. Parties can determine their own futures.

This service works in tandem with legal practitioners throughout Victoria and can arrange settlement conferences in parenting, property/financial and child support matters at city, metropolitan and regional locations.

Jill Raby and Susan Hamilton-Green are both Accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as Family Law Specialists and are registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners. Certificates pursuant to s60I of the Family Law Act can be provided where appropriate.

The InTandem process promotes the safety of all participants and the best interests of the children. All parties are required to have obtained legal advice and are recommended to be legally represented during the settlement conference. The process is child focussed and can provide a child inclusive service.
